I didn't get any confirmation email after I placed this order, which is kinda frustrating. Honestly, this isn't the first time it's happened with you guys. What's going on here?

This is my second experience with Sensibus, and just like the first time, the product and service were exceptional. Regarding the product: my wife loves butternut squash ravioli, and the sweet butternut squash ravioli from Bertagni is simply amazing. It rivals what you’d find in restaurants over in Italy, and that’s because it’s actually from Italy. The delivery was super quick, arriving overnight in Winter Park, Florida, packed in a cardboard box with foam insulation and ice packs. The ice packs were still partially frozen upon arrival, and the raviolis were solidly frozen.

I can’t recommend Sensibus enough!

This product never disappoints! I'm always amazed by how well you package and ship everything. It gets to me fast, and I've never had any issues with damage.

I gotta say, your products are truly amazing. One thing I’d suggest is for your customer service team to be a tad more quick in responding to customer inquiries. I've noticed that could use some improvement.

I got my products delivered warm, even though there were cold items in the mix. Some jars arrived broken, and the charcuterie meats were set to expire in just a few weeks. I reached out with pictures and an email requesting a replacement for this shipment, but I haven't heard back. My previous experiences were pretty good, so this one really let me down.

I'm really into the European cheeses they offer. It'd be great if they had more of the unique varieties, like the 36-month Comté and the 30-36 month Castelmagno, along with Vacherin Mont d’Or. The shipping is super quick, and if you get a pound or more, they send it as half-pound pieces, all nicely cryovacced to keep 'em fresh.

Awesome variety available on the site and super easy to browse. My order arrived fast, and they kept me in the loop about the shipping. Everything was packed nicely and effectively. The olives were fresh and tasty.

This is an amazing product—Italian dried porcini mushrooms—arrived super fast. I do wish they’d ditch the styrofoam in the packaging, though.

My shipment got held up because of the weather. I received a personal call explaining the situation and requesting my understanding. That was really nice. I have faith in businesses that make an effort to keep in touch.

I’m bumping my earlier review up to a full 5 stars. When my package got sent to the wrong address, the customer support team stepped in to fix it without charging me a dime. It did ship out later than expected, but I’m willing to chalk that up to both COVID and the wild weather we’ve had lately.

Other than that hiccup, I couldn’t be happier! They’ve got an incredible range of top-notch brands available, all at really good prices.

Sensibus is definitely going to be one of my favorite places to shop for gifts for family, friends, and clients!

I ended up with two separate orders. The one with just the panettone showed up in two days, but the package with the perishable stuff took a whole week to arrive. Had to toss it out. Really disappointing.

We really liked the Panettone cake. Even though we know it's typically a Christmas thing, my family occasionally gets a hankering for this delicious bread.

The whole experience was smooth, quick, and only interactive when needed. I found it super easy and just right—how many companies can you honestly say that about these days? Placing an order online was a breeze, and the delivery was spot on. Sensibus offers top-notch products that are becoming increasingly tough to find.
